Concentre

Privacy policy

Last updated 23 September 2026

The short version

  • Everything you write in Concentre stays on your phone. We never see it.
  • There's no account to create, and we don't collect your name or email in the app.
  • Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, with RevenueCat checking your subscription status.
  • This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.

Who we are

Concentre is a self-reflection app that helps you sort your thoughts by how much you can control them. This policy covers the Concentre app, including Concentre for Work, and this website. You can reach us at concentre.app@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

Everything you create in Concentre is stored only on your phone. This includes:

None of this is sent to us or anyone else. We have no copy of it and can't read it. Because it never leaves your phone, we also can't recover it if you delete the app, reset your phone or lose it. You can export your data from the app to keep your own backup.

If you add names of colleagues or other people to a stakeholder map, those notes also stay only on your device. Please use them with the same care you'd give a private notebook.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, Apple or Google processes your payment. We never receive your card or payment details.

We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for your app installation and your purchase records from Apple or Google. It doesn't receive anything you've written in the app. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy for more detail.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for your name or email in the app. We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or health data. We don't use advertising identifiers, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't sell data or use it to train AI models.

Concentre for Work and your employer

Concentre for Work is a personal tool, not a workplace monitoring system. Your employer can't see your circles, projects, stakeholder maps or reflections, and we don't share anything with them.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (the GDPR), you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal information. For everything you write in the app, you can use these rights yourself at any time. You can view and export your data in the app, and delete it all from Settings or by uninstalling the app.

For subscription records held by RevenueCat, or anything you've sent us by email, contact concentre.app@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.

If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

How long we keep it

Your reflections stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. RevenueCat keeps subscription records for as long as it needs them to manage your subscription. If you email us, we keep the conversation only as long as we need it to help you.

This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you email us to hear about the launch, we'll use your address only for that and delete it when you ask.

Children

Concentre isn't intended for anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live.

Not a medical service

Concentre is a self-reflection tool, not therapy or a medical device. If you're struggling or in crisis, in the UK you can call Samaritans on 116 123. In the US, call or text 988.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app.
